Jazz musicians are known for their acerbic wit and twisted sense of humor. In “Laughter from the Hip” Mike will share anecdotes and stories from jazz musicians, ancient and modern, famous and not so famous, along with their signatures tunes. He’ll also be singing funny and cynical songs by the likes of Dave Frishberg, Tom Lehrer and Bob Dorough.
